tomatillos, chopped into quarters

onion, chopped large

garlic cloves

of a bunch of cilantro, plus more for garnish

olive oil

cayenne pepper
Instructions
Heat oil on the stove.
Add the onions.
Let the onions cook, stirring occasionally.
When the onions are softer, add the tomatillos and garlic and stir occasionally.
After a few minutes, add the mixture to a food processor.
Add the salt, cayenne pepper and cilantro and pulse until it is well blended but still has some texture.
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
